Worm Spida is an Internet parasite, which infects web servers running Microsoft SQL Server software. The worm tries to get the full control over such server and uses it to search and infect other vulnerable computers. Spida also can steal login names and passwords and send a message with them to the author by e-mail.

Spida properties:
• Sends out logs by FTP or email
• Hides from the user
• Stays resident in background
