Spy Destroy is actually more dangerous than other malwares because its name is similar to Spybot - Search & Destroy – a reputable spyware remover. Taking SpyDestroy for Spybot - Search & Destroy would be a huge mistake. SpyDestroy is not an anti-spyware; it’s a computer parasite.

SpyDestroy spreads with help of trojans and other malware. Once it gets on a computer, it starts generating falsified security reports. If click upon, the pop-ups offer purchasing SpyDestroy as the only mean to stop malwares from infecting your computer. Do not bite this hook! Paying $29.95 doesn’t change a thing in cyber safety of your computer. The full version of this tool doesn’t exist; but creators of this scam will gladly take your money anyway.

The main website of Spy Destroy fraud is spydestroy.com. This internet site is clearly fraudulent since it doesn’t provide any clue about people behind the software and it doesn’t provide much information at all. Spydestroy.com is made for one reason: making people buy the product. Although there are many links on the website offering free scan, they all direct to the same payments page and demand paying $29.95 for downloading the ‘free scanner’.
