this program is a scam, i can not remove this off my computer, it pops up all the time, if it is so good, then why dont you have a way to get rid of it when or if you dont want it, i have another program that works fine, you are criminals.

I have mcafee security software on my computer, plus I have deleted the spy shredder soft ware off my control panel and it is still on my system. Please inform me how to remove this thing off my computer.
