StarWare is a browser helper object presented as a pop-up blocker and a search function enhancer. While this may or may not be true, StarWare also has some hidden functions, such as displaying pop-up advertisements and redirecting search queries to its sponsor websites.

StarWare is a threat and should be removed upon detection.

Don't know why I have starware. I never ordered it. Please help me remove it from my computer. I did get instructions on how to remove it once, but it didn't work. They were very complicated instructions. It has messed up on all my settings. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!
