Remove StatBlaster. Description and removal instructions

StatBlaster manual removal:

Kill processes:
1.exe c:\program\media\media\statblaster.exe, getstats.exe, [program files]\media\media\uninst.exe, [program files]\media\media\updatestats.exe, [system root]\temp\me.exe
Delete registry values:

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\stattracker.codebase

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\run\me

Unregister DLLs:
