System Warrior. How to remove? (Uninstall guide)

removal by Jake Doevan - -   Also known as SystemWarrior | Type: Rogue Antispyware

SystemWarrior is a misleading application from the WiniSoft family. It gives false reports of threats, displays fake security alerts and uses other misleading methods to convince you that your computer is infected with Trojans, worms, spyware and other malicious software. Usually, the rogue program comes from fake online scanners, misleading websites or bundled with other malware. When running, System Warrior will imitate system scan and display variety of infections, but won’t let you remove them unless you first purchase the program. In other words, this is a scam. Do not buy this program. You should uninstall SystemWarrior from your computer as soon as possible if you are already infected.

Once installed, SystemWarrior creates a startup registry entry so that it will be automatically loaded each time you logon into Windows. Then the rogue program will flood your computer with very annoying and of course fake security alerts. Basically, the rogue program will state that your private information can be stolen or that your computer is under attack by an Internet virus. Both statements are actually false, however please note that this program is able to download and install additional malware which may indeed compromise your privacy. What is more, SystemWarrior will disable anti-virus software, Task Manager, System Restore and block access to security related websites to protect itself from being deleted.

If you find that your computer is infected with this malware, please use the removal guide below to remove SystemWarrior manually for free. If you have mistakenly purchased this bogus program, contact your credit card company and dispute the charges. Also, scan your computer with a reputable and effective anti-spyware application.
