It deliberately displays fake security warnings and fake infections to scare you into thinking that your computer is infected with Trojans, worms, spyware, adware and other malicious software. System Cleaner PRO is nothing more but a typical scareware that masquerade as legitimate security or antivirus software and then frighten users into paying for it.
