TOPicks is a harmless, but difficult to remove adware program that displays links to sponsored web resources while you browse the Internet. It doesn't have additional functionality. TOPicks doesn't distribute itself and must be manually installed. Once executed, it creates a folder, installs its files in it and modifies the registry to register itself as an Internet Explorer toolbar. TOPicks runs every time the user opens a web browser.

TOPicks properties:
• Shows commercial adverts
• Connects itself to the internet
• Hides from the user
• Stays resident in background
