TRE AntiVirus is a misleading security application form the same family as Soft Soldier, Trust Fighter, Trust Soldier and many more, but this time with a new graphical user interface. Once installed, the rogue program will give false reports of threats on your computer and display fake security alerts to push you into purchasing the program. TREAntiVirus just wants to make you think your computer is badly infected with malware. However, do not pay for this bogus application and uninstall TRE AntiVirus from the system as soon as possible.

TRE AntiVirus runs every time Windows starts. When running, it will imitate a system scan and report a variety of infections but won't remove them unless you purchase the program. Of course, the scan results are false. Do not worry about them too much. Basically, TRE AntiVirus detects harmless or even non-existing files as serious infections. Furthermore, the misleading application will constantly display fake security alerts and notifications about security and privacy issues. It will claim that your computer is under attack or that currently installed anti-virus software is disabled. As you can see, this is i nothing more but a scam.
