Tricker is a backdoor that provides the attacker with unauthorized remote access to the compromised computer. The intruder can download arbitrary files, run programs, or display certain messages. Tricker attempts to avoid detection by replacing the main file of the installed MSN Messenger program with a copy of itself. The backdoor runs every time the user launches MSN Messenger.

Please check the details again.
There is a trojan that uses msnmsgr.exe but it installs in the system folder.
The legitimate msnmsgr.exe file is msnmsgr.exe, not msn.exe.
