Trode is a worm that spreads through local fixed and removable drives by creating infected files on each of them. The parasite is designed to disable Windows themes and run the Telnet service without user knowledge and consent. Trode automatically runs on every Windows startup. Its activity compromises computer security and allows malicious persons to break into the system.

• Stays resident in background
