Trust Soldier is a misleading antivirus application from the same family as Safe Fighter, Trust Cop, Secure Warrior and many others. At the moment there are 24 identical rogue applications from the WiniSoft family including TrustSoldier. Their names are very generic and sometimes even ridiculous. The bogus program is promoted through the use of Trojans and fake online scanners. Once installed, TrustSoldier will create many harmless files which later will be detected as serious system security threats. Usually, these files can be found in Windows and System32 directories. After the fake system scan, Trust Soldier will prompt you to pay for a full version of the program to remove those infections. However, we strongly recommend you not to do so. Instead, uninstall TrustSoldier from your computer as soon as possible.
Another vary annoying thing about Trust Soldier is that this malware constantly displays fake security alerts and notifications from Windows Task Manager. When running, it will state that your computer is seriously infected with malware or that your PC is under attack by an Internet virus. The rogue application will also impersonate Windows Security Center. The main goal of TrustSoldier is to trick you into purchasing the program. Do not trust this scam! If your computer is already infected, please use the removal guide below to remove TrustSoldier manually for free. Please note that you should also scan your PC with a legitimate security application to make sure that the bogus program didn’t install additional malware. If you have already purchased Trust Soldier, please contact your credit card company immediately.
