Ultimate Cleaner is one of the countless rogue anti-spyware parasites that plague thousands of users every day. It is a clone of UltimateFixer and UltimateDefender, which are modeled in the exact same fashion as Ultimate Cleaner. October 1st, 2007 was the day this parasite was updated to its latest version, with its creators effectively changing Ultimate Cleaner's design but leaving its utter lack of use.

Can someone tell me how to remove ultimate cleaner? I have found it on my c-drive but when i try to delete it a message box appears saying the file cannot be deleted.
