UltimateCleaner is one of the countless rogue anti-spyware parasites that plague thousands of users every day. It is a clone of UltimateFixer and UltimateDefender, which are modeled in the exact same fashion as UltimateCleaner. October 1st, 2007 was the day this parasite was updated to its latest version, with its creators effectively changing UltimateCleaner's design but leaving its utter lack of use.
