Worm Unis (also known as Universe) spreads across the Internet. It comes in e-mails with infected attachments and by IRC networks. The worm installs itself to the system and downloads several components. These components send the worm to e-mail addresses found in a system, change mIRC client settings and infect archived files of some types. The worm also changes browser settings, modifies desktop preferences and sends e-mails to the author with the information about an infected computer.

• Sends out logs by FTP or email
• Changes browser settings
• Connects itself to the internet
• Hides from the user
• Stays resident in background
