"Update Available" Pop up is a fake security notification generated by rogue anti-spyware WinPC Antivirus. Mainly, "Update Available" notification displays information about new threat database update and recommends to download it. Here's full "Update Available" pop up text:

"Update available. WinPC Antivirus has detected that new threat database is available. Would you like to download and install update now? Installation is recommended"

At first glance it looks like a normal update notification, however "Update Available" pop-up is a scam. It promotes fake spyware remover WinPC Antivirus. If you click on "Update Available" pop up window, you will automatically download and install WinPC Antivirus on your computer. Instead, remove "Update Available" pop-up immediately after first appearance.
