Validin is a worm that spreads by copying itself to removable drives. It also infects all web and some source files it finds on local disks and mapped network drives. The parasite terminates antiviruses, system tools and security-related programs. It downloads from the Internet and executes malicious files. Furthermore, Validin deletes all Symantec Ghost disk image files it finds. The worm secretly runs on every Windows startup.
