Volta is a simple dialer that connects your computer to the Internet via high-cost phone number using a modem. Volta can get into the system from several web sites. Once executed, it drops a randomly named file to directories C:\Documents and Settings\[Current User]\Start Menu and C:\Documents and Settings\[Current User]\Desktop. Volta displays a message in Italian before dialing.
