W32.Vote.E@mm is a worm that tries to email itself to all the contacts in the Microsoft Outlook Address Book. It also attempts to overwrite and delete some files on an infected system. The email looks like this:

W32.Vote.E properties:
• Allows remote user connection
• Hides from the user
• Stays resident in background
