Remove WeatherBug. Description and removal instructions

Does anybody know if this program shows up under any other folders besides AWS? and it weather.exe the only running process that it has?

My weatherbug wasn't that bad. First i went to task manager and saw no weatherbug to kill process. Then I went to add or remove programs and deleted it and it was gone like that. I then clicked start and search and typed the word weatherbug and deleted them. Finally I went to start, Run, and typed msconfig and then I clicked start up and unchecked weatherbug and restarted my computer.

I have removed every file suggested, and its still in my programs! Half the things that are suggested I do not have on mine. HELP!

How dare weatherbug argue for adware creating no harm? I am spending hours and hours trying to undo the damage caused by it to my computer.

as soon as i downlaoded weatherbug to my computer, i signed out of my aol account, and the next day i could sign on but i cannot search. it says i have low memory or something about my hard space drive. i checked everything. its nothing, except that dang weatherbug

Help........my computer keeps saying i need install.log even when i do it the way u say it....what do i do

having security issues. mircosoft advised me to remove several program (including weatherbug).
When I run Uninstall on Windows XP, after 2 Uninstall screens I get an error message..."cannot open install.log file. HELP. would like to resolve my security issues quickly.

WeatherBug is removed like any other program- by exiting the program first (if you have an older version, the new version can still be running and uninstalled) and then going to add/remove programs and clicking WeatherBug. Note that after you click the 2 uninstall screens there is an OPTIONAL survey- if you have a pop-up blocker or certain firewalls, it may prevent the survey from opening. But by the time you get to the survey the program is removed. Close add/remove program window and reopen and it will be gone- my team and I test it every single day on multiple machines- dial up, broadband, etc.

I really didn't like weather bug. It's sooo annoying. I'm so glad that I finally figured out how to get rid of it.

why cant you just TELL US how to get WeatherBug off the system! just write so easy steps to follow or something, god.

For some reason the page keep telling me that i might be on the internet,but i am on it. What can i do?

I figured out how to remove it!
Ok, go to C:/Program FIles/AWS/Weatherbug you'll see an application that says "remove" double click it and it removes weatherbug!

Go to C:Documents and Settings[username]Local SettingsTemp

Ctrl +A > Shift, Delete. The Mini Weatherbug program is stored there.

I accidently checked the weatherbug option when i downlaoded AIM and i can't get rid of it thru 'remove programs' b/c its not evern there and i even deleted the folder it made yet it still remains in my system tray. grrr.

I went through the removal instructions and the program listing dissapered but every time I boot up the weather bug icon loads into the system tray. I can find nothing about effectively removing it from the system tray.

i cant get rid of weatherbug no matter what i do. i tried the add/remove program thing, and it starts to uninstall but then an error message comes up. so i re-installed it and tried again, and it still doesn't work. anyone have the same problem?
