WinPCDoctor is a rogue anti-spyware program (a rogue performance optimizer, to be more precise). This program usually makes its way to your system via Trojans such as Zlob and web-browser security holes. When active, WinPCDoctor uses fake system notifications, pop-ups and falsified scan reports to intimidate you into buying the fake full version.
