"You have been sent a video" is a scam e-mail message. It claims that your friend has recommended you to see certain video and provides a link where this video can be previewed. However, in order to watch that video user has to install video codec. The error message states:
“The page at http://img-host.us says: [ERROR] Your Flv_trcg1_0995 Codec is running version Flv_rc1f3_0981 please update to view this media”
Actually it's not a video codec, but a trojan virus. It allows inadmissible access to the system and downloads other noxious programs like fake anti-spyware, adware, etc. If you had already downloaded this trojan virus, remove it immediately.
