The acroiehelper.dll file is a part of popular Adobe Acrobat 7.0 program, and the iesdg.dll library as well as the iesdpb.dll file belongs to reputable spyware remover Spyware Doctor. When the user clicks on the corresponding menu item, the application doesn't initiate any update process, but instead opens the official web site. The program has simple and poor interface.
