Scumware-Remover can be downloaded from scumware-remover.org. The official site is just a simple download page. It lacks detailed product description, developers contact information and privacy policy.
Downloaded application doesn't work. Setup crashes and doesn't install any antispyware (see screenshot below). However, it secretly installs a browser hijacker, which modifies Microsoft Internet Explorer settings and sets the default start page to smartsearch.com without asking for user permission. Scumware-Remover is not an antispyware, it is a parasite itself. We highly recommend to avoid Scumware-Remover. It is useless and harmful. Scumware Remover download:NOT RECOMMENDED
