It is known that Spy Control installs search toolbar which leads to www.searchmeup.com and associated with some of the Coolwebsearch variants. Here we show the example of the email they send. they send email from random addresses like: Julianne Hairston (aewvlnmwaz@iswest.net), Craig Winston (c.winston_fy@hotmail.com), Latisha E. Teague (l.eteague_qu@ccmm.qc.ca) with the random subjects like: interesting report: mOvies can destr0y y0ur life, Don't let it spy on you, Protect yourself, Spyware is spying on you the main domains promoted: http://www.every-spy-control.com/; http://www.deletespyware.info/ uses various subdomains like: http://corundum.every-spy-control.com/, http://teaspoonful.free-kazaa-spyware.info/ It could be the job of BAD affiliates. We sent the email to spy Control developers regarding this case and NEVER got any explanation or reply. We think they know about these advertising tactics or this is their own job. I have detailed contact info for the GES spammers listed on a little blogsite at gutterballs.blogspot.com. There are only three or four of them that have been mainstays at the business: Kfir Moyal, Ariel Sarig, and Assaf Ben-Asher. An pro-active response against the spam advertising of Ad-Eliminator drove them out of US and European hosts over the past two years. All these guys are very young, under 22, and did most of their spamming while teenagers.

I just got 7 spam messages from these guys, across 3 different email accounts. It also looks like the mail is coming from hijacked zombies--not a good sign for an "anti-spyware" package...

Spy-Control is still SPAMMING people. I just got another spam from them today, with no way to stop it! They are not a solution in my opinion but THE PROBLEM!!!!!!

I had to look them up after the SPAM I got from them. Nice to see that their support page mentions that your support answer may be blocked by anti-spam filters if you use hotmail, yahoo, etc....IDIOTS. If anything, everyone go sign up as John Doe at their website asking for support and fill their "support mail box" up. http://www.spyware-go-away.info/helpdesk/index.php

Stay away from this product!!! I actually received spam marketing this product! Shame on them!!! Never buy product that come through spam.
