If you are infected with Cryptowall virus, the first thing that you should do is to disconnect the computer from the Internet. This step will help you to prevent further encryption of your valuable data. Now you should remove malicious files that belong to this ransomware. For that, you should use some reliable anti-malware software. However, be sure to update your security tool to its latest version to get an ability to use a full virus database of the program. The last step is the decryption of your files. Unfortunately, this program, just like any other anti-virus or anti-spyware, is not capable of doing that. For that, you can try any of these programs: Photorec (link: http://www.cgsecurity.org/wiki/PhotoRec), Kaspersky virus-fighting utilities (link: http://support.kaspersky.com/us/viruses/disinfection/10556), R-Studio (link: http://www.r-studio.com/), Recuva or ShadowExplorer.
More information about this ransomware can be found in this guide: How to remove Cryptowall virus?.
Good luck!
