DNS Unlocker version 1.3 ads popping whenever i browse. I don’t imagine where those ads came from. I did not install this or another unfamiliar program. DNS Unlocker version 1.3 malware seeks to cause me damage, isn’t it? Could you please help me to get rid of this threat?

The only reason you see DNS Unlocker version 1.3 ads popping during browsing is adware infection. DNS Unlocker version 1.3 is adware and PUP that is initiating various tasks to make people visit affiliate websites. There is a whole family of DNS-related adwares.
All of them spread bundled with freewares/sharewares, so you may not necessarily have had to install DNS Unlocker version 1.3 consciously. Most probably it has slithered onto your PC's system via another freeware.
This adware is not malicious on its own and cannot cause you damage directly. However, Ads by DNS Unlocker version 1.3 are not secure since they can be filled with suspicious/malicious content.
