Dharma ransomware is among one of the most prevalent file locking viruses around - there are new versions released every week.
The version you are talking about came out back in August 2018 and appends the extension as follows: .id-XXXXXXXX.[Bas_ket@aol.com].java.
Despite being a relatively old variant, there is no decryptor currently available that could help you recover data for free. Dharma uses a secure encryption cipher to lock data - cracking it is almost impossible without paying cybercriminals who hold the key on their servers.
Nevertheless, paying the ransom is highly risky, as threat actors may never send you the requested tool. Instead, we suggest you back up all the data [you need] (simply copy it over to a USB flash or a DVD), remove the ransomware from your computer with anti-malware and then use alternative methods that may be able to help you. Keep in mind that data recovery software rarely works, so chances of it being successful are slim.
Good luck
