Unfortunately, GandCrab 5.2 is still not decryptable.
However, security researchers at BitDefender Labs are actively working on the decryption tools for this ransomware virus. In the past year, the decryptor has been updated three times, allowing all victims who were infected with 1, 4, 5.0.1 through 5.1 versions of GandCrab to retrieve files for free.
As of now, we recommend you remove GandCrab 5.2 using our removal instructions and make a copy of the encrypted files. You can also try to recover data with the help of third-party recovery software - you can find download links and instructions on how to use these tools in the link above.
