My laptop was infected by .pahd ransomware. I’ve tried to decrypt my files with emisoft decryptor.. But it can’t decrypt.

Unfortunately, this version is one of the newer members of the Djvu family. That means previously known decryption tools cannot work. Emsisoft made the decryptor that only works with offline IDs that were mainly used with versions before 2019.
Pahd virus is not decryptable. At least not that easy. Other solutions are limited. However, you can try optional decryption tools, data recovery options, or wait for the other decryption tool to be made. You can find solutions in the article.
Some particular types of data can be recovered with the help of media repair tool. But that is helpful with media files only.
We can only advise you to remove the threat properly with anti-malware tools and store some virus data on the external device after decryption. You cannot use a machine that is still infected. Remember that.
