Don't get tricked into paying for these scammers because the message is fake and the RAT malware is not installed on your machine. It is more likely that your device is not infected at all.
This is a I infected you with my private malware (RAT) scam that tricks users into paying for scammers. There is no need to write back or pay any ransom.
The password that they claim to have is probably stolen in a previous scam or got leaked in another incident. Keep away from the email and these scammers. The email itself can include malicious files or infections and direct malware payload.
You need a thorough system scan to remove I infected you with my private malware (RAT) scam causing malware or any other intruders that may affect your machine. Get the anti-malware tool and clean the machine entirely instead of falling for the scam. Follow the guide in the linked article.
