1. Try updating the anti-virus before the scan;
2. Try contacting support to ask them about the issue while removing the virus;
3. Try using other anti-virus/anti-spyware to remove the virus. It might be that your virus is an updated version which is more aggressive than the one that showed up in the beginning.
