You may have downloaded the older version that was not working for the particular version of Pidon ransomware virus. We have no instructions for the particular decryption process using the STOP virus decryptor. However, we have an article about the cryptovirus that affected your device.
Read the Pidon ransomware removal guide. You can find a link to the decryption tool here also. You can try to download it again or contact the researcher Michael Gillespie that maintains this decryption software. Maybe your attack is unique to the Pidon virus in general.
Make sure to remove the virus before attempting anything, so any damage to your PC or data can be avoided.
