As far as I understand, you are using a Samsung phone. All phones currently come together with pre-installed apps, and the APK stands for executable file for Android (similarly how .exe is for Windows systems).
configAPK or Config APK is a part of Samsung's packagename android.autoinstalls.config.samsung and is responsible for the configuration of apps the first time device is booted. So, it is a necessary component and should not be touched.
AppLinker can be connected to multiple different applications, most of them legitimate. Scan using anti-malware software.
IMS logger is something that seems to be very suspicious, as users reported it grants permissions for everything: modify system settings, access network, run at startup, edit and read text messages, etc. Therefore, this should be investigated further. A full scan recommended.
KLMS Agent is not malicious, although it can be disabled if desired. Please read how to disable apps without rooting here: https://www.makeuseof.com/tag/remove-bloatware-android-without-rooting/.
Finder is another Samsung app. Although it can be disabled, it is not recommended.
SCPM client is related to Smart Manager app and should be left untouched.
MTP Host stands for Media Transfer Protocol and can be used to transfer video and audio files. Safe.
MDMA App is a Mobile Data Monitoring Application. Scan recommended.
As we already mentioned, several apps are embedded within the phone by the manufacturer, and without advanced knowledge might be difficult to remove or disable. Nevertheless, make use of the link above if you are ready to disable the preinstalled apps.
To make sure your device is not infected with malware, you should select an appropriate anti-virus application that would be able to catch any malicious components on your device. As we already mentioned, the most suspicious one is IMS logger and should be looked at closely.
Hope that helps!
