You can see here that the file is considered as malware, so run proper anti-malware tool and remove this trojan fully. Then you can get back to using the machine again.
There are many things that such a silent process can affect, so make sure to choose reliable anti-malware tools and do not forget to run a PC repair tool too to fix any damage.
