I have the ‘look what I found’ video sent from a friend that I normally get things like that from. Obviously clicked on it. and Whammo! its forwarded it to everyone in my messenger that I don’t keep in contact with much at all. I’ve sent a message to everyone to not open. and delete conversation. It created a contact of its own under “V” no doubt for Virus or Victory! It’s now not allowing me remove or delete contacts. and has some how playing havoc with my Google account now that I can’t even log in. It won’t accept any passwords. HELP.!

First of all, you need to make sure that your computer is not infected with any malware. For that, you need to scan it with anti-malware software. Just to be sure, you can use two different programs.
If the scan does not reveal any alarms, it means your device is clean. If the scan reveals that there is a virus on your computer/phone, you should immediately delete it (note: you have to scan ALL devices you connect your /Messenger to).
Once that is done, you need to regain control of your Facebook, Messenger, and Google. You should connect to your Facebook account and change the password. Here's how:
1. Go to your Facebook profile
2. At the top-right, you will find a tiny triangle facing downwards - click it and then select Settings & Privacy > Settings
3. On the left, pick Security and Login (here you can see who, where, and when logged in to your Facebook account)
4. Under Login, click Change password
5. Enter the required information and press Safe Changes.

When it comes to Google account (you can't log in), you should follow the steps described by Google in the Account Help section.
