It might be that your files will remain locked. But there is still a chance that decryption tool will be created at some point, so you can wait until that. Also, there are software recovery tools that may help you retrieve some of your data. If you are interested in those, you can check out PhotoRec, R-Studio or Kaspersky virus-fighting utilities.
