Before providing further instructions, you should make sure that you proceeded with the correct instructions when dealing with Msop ransomware.
1. Make a copy of all your encrypted files (use USB flash or upload them to Google Drive, OneDrive, or similar)
2. Remove Msop ransomware with the help of reputable anti-malware software
3. Delete the host file located in C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\ (If you need detailed instructions for performing these steps, please refer to this article)
4. Try using Emsisoft Decryptor for STOP Djvu
The above decryptor will only work if Msop virus used an offline ID to encrypt files on your computer. There is also a small chance of recovering data using a third-party software, which we provide download links for in our Msop ransomware removal guide.
Otherwise, there is no known solution for this new variant of STOP/Djvu ransomware, as malware developers started to use a more advanced encryption method, which is unfortunately not yet bypassed by security researchers.
If you tried all the methods we suggested, you should simply wait till researchers discover a new way to find vulnerabilities in the latest malware variants like Msop.
