is this ransomware? I tried to open some of my files but they seem to be encrypted!
if i am right, then how can I decrypt my files?

It seems that you have been attacked by this REKTLocker ransomware and yes, it is a new virus. It adds .rekt file extensions to files, too. If your files have been encrypted already, there is nothing much that you can do now. REKTLocker virus is especially dangerous and one its developers have the key that is required for data decryption. If you are not willing to pay the ransom, remove REKTLocker virus from your PC as soon as you can, because the longer this virus stays on the computer, the more vulnerable to further infections it might become. Try to recover your data from backups; also, do not underestimate the effort that malware researchers put into creating REKTLocker decryption tool - sooner or later it should show up.
