Firstly, you need to terminate Grapn206@india.com ransomware fully. For that reason, FortectIntego or Malwarebytes are practical tools. Update them and start the elimination process. Data Recovery pro or ShadowExplorer might come as solutions for data recovery if you do not have a backup.
