WHAT IS BROWSER-INFECTION-ALERT.COM?

Browser-infection-alert.com pop-ups is a rather aggressive browser extension that will go as far as to try to trick you out of your money. So first of all, let us find out why are these pop-ups dangerous and what do they signify. Starting from the simplest answer, Browser-infection-alert.com is an indication that your computer has been infiltrated by some adware-type programs responsible for the display of this particular type of pop-up. What is more, installation of potentially unwanted programs works like an avalanche. If you do not do anything, you will soon notice that the applications and ads appearing on your computer are getting more dangerous and intrusive. Therefore, consider this as a warning sign.

As Browser-infection-alert.com pop-ups goes, it is another matter. It affects your Internet Explorer, Google Chrome or Mozzila Firefox browsers and displays various warnings that your system has been compromised, infected and otherwise violated and you may now need to seek professional assistance. Coincidentally, the ads appear with the number to call. Sounds suspicious? Well it should, because it is a nasty example of the support scam since if you call this number, you will probably be promised services that will help you to get rid of these warnings and infections. For a considerable amount of money, of course. However, under now circumstances should you pay money for the ‘services’ as those who offer them are responsible for their appearance in the first place. Your computer may still need a good scan with some reliable anti-spyware tool but paying for the scammers that have brought Browser-infection-alert.com on your computer will result in them simply calling off these ads. Therefore, you should use a trustworthy tool instead and get rid of all potentially unwanted programs that have found their way to your computer. We would advise you to use something like Reimage.
