The official website distributes this allegedly useful banner tracking tool and promotes it for customers. Nevertheless, it is not trustworthy or useful. The main technique used to spread these potentially unwanted programs online is software bundles and other deceptive advertisements, websites or download pages.

Software bundles distribute various unwanted programs, tools, and applications because freeware providers pack their products with additional content and distribute these packs via the internet. Most often, these bundles come from p2p services, questionable download websites, and other insecure installations.

Researchers[3] advise opting for Advanced or Custom installations so you can de-select unwanted additional programs from the download list. This way you only get the freeware you needed. However, the best solution for PUP infiltration avoidance is choosing reputable sources every time you install software or update your applications. termination requires a thorough system scan

To remove properly, you need to choose a trustworthy anti-malware program and scan the system of your infected device thoroughly. This method gives the best results, especially when you are dealing with silent intruders like adware, browser hijackers and other PUPs.
