Data Doctor 2010 is a fake system optimization and file cleaning program that supposedly optimizes network performance, repairs software, cleans up computer registry and has many other useful options. This rogue application is promoted through the use of Trojans, mostly Trojan.Win32.Agent.bueo (Kaspersky). However, it can also come packed with other malicious software. When running, DataDoctor2010 displays many fake warnings and error messages just to make you think that your computer has many problems. The main goal of this misleading program is to scare you into purchasing it. Of course, this is a scam. The only real problems is Data Doctor 2010 itself. Do not buy it and use the removal guide below to remove this virus from your computer as soon as possible.

Usually, it displays an error message that the system will be shut down because of “Unrecognized disk driver command”. You computer will then be re-booted in safe mode. Next, you will see “Windows has recovered from a serious error” message. At this point, no matter what program you try to launch, the rogue program will state that Windows OS is unable to open the file due to data corruption.
