Has anyone dealt with the DecryptorMax ransomware? I cant find a sufficient information about it. I think that it has infected my Windows because I cant access any files at all. They are all encrypted. Almost every folder has 4 additional files in them named HELP_DECRYPT (different types of files, html, etc.).

  • Juanne1991

Yeap, DecryptorMax ransomware has had affected my computer a couple of weeks ago. I did not pay for the decryption key, but removed it using SpyHunter. Unfortunately, but I did not get back all my files. Ive lost some of important documents.

  • Jessie

I got this yesterday. Have you paid the money or simply ran anti-spyware? Im afraid that using anti-spyware will make my files damaged permanently.
