FocusBase virus is a potentially unwanted program that is capable of making system’s modifications and then initiating various unwanted activities on it. It spreads around in a form of web browser plug-in that is compatible with Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and other web browsers. If you let Focusbase hijack these browsers, it will start tracking your browsing habits and will also display various pop-up notifications according to them. No matter that it sounds harmless, this can easily cause redirects to unfamiliar and unsafe websites, and may also initiate privacy related issues. That’s why we don’t recommend keeping FocusBase on the system. If you decide that it’s time to remove this potentially unwanted program from your computer, you should scan it with reputable anti-spyware. By the way, resetting each of affected web browsers is also recommended for a complete elimination of Focusbase virus.
