What is Getlivepchelp.com?

Getlivepchelp.com is an advertising platform that uses deceptive methods to promote dubious services. This platform should not be associated with a serious computer infection. However, if you are continuously receiving pop-up ads powered by this domain, then it means that an adware has infiltrated your computer. If you are sure that you haven’t installed any browser add-on or plug-in recently, don’t worry. Adwares, including Getlivepchelp.com virus may spread bundled with other freewares. Once it enters the system, it may start scaring people into believing that their computers are infected with a virus or another malicious application. In order to do that, Getlivepchelp.com pop-up ads are employed, which claim:

Therefore, make sure that you stop Getlivepchelp.com pop-ups from appearing and NEVER call for online tech support services. In order to remove this adware, we recommend using Reimage.

How can Getlivepchelp.com hijack my computer?

We have already mentioned that Getlivepchelp.com pop-up virus is inseparable from an adware-type program. There are a lot of adwares, including SmileFiles, Box Green, GrabRez, Round World, etc. However, it’s not clear what specific adware is responsible for delivery of deceptive Getlivepchelp.com ads. Therefore, if you do not want to receive fearsome Getlivepchelp.com alerts, you have to be very careful when installing free software on your computer. That’s because adwares typically travel along with various freewares and enter random computers without being noticed. To prevent this from happening, you should make a small research about every freeware that you are going to install and read EULA, Privacy Policy, users’ reports and other accessible information about it. After that, you should select Advanced or Custom installation option and check if it’s not filled with additional components, such as add-ons, plug-ins, toolbars, or extensions. If you find a suspicious program promoted on a check box and set by default, make sure that you unmark tick notifying it’s installation. Otherwise, you may unconsciously agree to install an adware-related to Getlivepchelp.com virus. In case you have already started receiving fake alerts, misleading software update alerts, and other pop-up ads powered by Getlivepchelp.com domain, you should check your PC and eliminate all suspicious entries without any delay.
