SaveKeeper. How to remove? (Uninstall guide)

removal by Gabriel E. Hall - -   Also known as Save Keeper | Type: Rogue Antispyware

SaveKeeper is a misleading security application created by the same group of malware makers who have released SaveKeep, QuickHealCleaner, SystemCop, BlockDefense, SaveDefense, Trust Ninja, SaveSoldier and other rogue anti-spyware applications of the Winisoft family. The misleading application reports non-existing system security threats and displays fake or exaggerated security warnings to make you think your computer is infected. Then Save Keeper asks to pay for a full version of the program to remove those bogus infections and security threats. Do no buy it. Instead, uninstall SaveKeeper from your computer upon detection.

SaveKeeper is promoted through the use of Trojan viruses, browser hijackers and fake anti-malware scanners. Once your computer is infected with Save Keeper, you will see many security alerts and notifications from Windows Task bar stating that your computer is under attack or that your anti-virus software is disabled. While running, the bogus software will allegedly scan your computer and display a variety of infections that won’t be removed unless you first purchase the program. As you know, the scan results are false, you can safely ignore them. The same could be said about fake system security alerts, you should ignore them too.

To make things even worse, SaveKeeper will slow down your computer and hijack web browsers. You will be constantly redirected to various misleading websites that promote malicious software or display online advertisements. The rogue application will also block certain security related websites and programs to protect itself form being deleted. As you can see, program is nothing more but a scam. Please use the removal guide below to remove SaveKeeper from your PC manually for free. Don’t forget to scan your computer with known and trusted anti-malware application to make sure that your computer is not infected with other malware as well.
