Secure Warrior. How to remove? (Uninstall guide)

removal by Julie Splinters - -   Also known as SecureWarrior | Type: Rogue Antispyware

SecureWarrior is a rogue antivirus application, scareware software from the same family as Trust Warrior, Secure Fighter and Secure Veteran. The misleading program is promoted through the use of Trojans and fake security pop-ups. Once installed, it will display a variety of infections and false system security threats to make you think your computer is infected with malware. Then it will prompt you to pay for a full version of the program to remove infections which do not even exist. We strongly recommend you to uninstall SecureWarrior from your computer upon detection. The homepage of this malware is Avoid this website too.

When running, Secure Warrior will impersonate Windows Security Center and display fake security alerts and notification from Windows Task bar to scare you into thinking your computer is under attack or seriously infected. What is more, the bogus program will create many files with random names and detect those files as computer threats. Please note, that all these security alerts are false and the supposed infections can be safely ignored as they won’t actually harm your PC. As you already know, the main goal of this parasite is to push you into purchasing the program. However, you will simply lose your money if you decide to do so. A way much better idea is to remove this infection from the system immediately. If you fins that your computer is infected with Secure Warrior, please use the removal guide below to remove Secure Warrior manually for free.
