Vista Protection 2013. How to remove? (Uninstall guide)

removal by Jake Doevan - -   Also known as VistaProtection2013 | Type: Rogue Antispyware

Vista Protection 2013 is a sneaky malware, which can only detect nonexistent infections. It does that for scaring its victims and then making them purchase its licensed version. Please, don't do that if you don't want to support scammers and their future projects. Vista Protection 2013 belongs to the same group of viruses as XP Protection 2013 or Win 8 Protection 2013. As you might have already understood, all these programs infect different Windows systems and then act identically. First of all, they show for the victim a fake system scan. After scanning, malware claims that computer is dangerously infected and needs to be fixed without any delay. Of course, user is also informed that it can be done by activating licensed version of Vista Protection 2013. However, in reality this program has an empty virus database, so it can't fix anything. If you see its alerts, you must remove Vista Protection 2013 without any delay.

Vista Protection 2013 is distributed by trojan horse, which can get inside the system from infected and hacked websites or commercial ads, that are also actively displayed there. Once you click on such alert, trojan gets inside the system and then downloads malware's files. Besides, it has also been discovered that trojan modifies some of computer's parameters in order to make it active as soon as PC is rebooted. As a result, Vista Protection 2013 starts mimicking computer's protection activities by showing forged system scanners and misleading pop up notifications. For example:

Severe system damage!
Spyware and viruses detected in the background. Sensitive system components under attack! Data loss, identity theft and system corruption are possible. Act now, click here for a free security scan.

Please, never believe these alerts because they are fake and seek to mislead you into paying for a nonexistent license. You must remove Vista Protection 2013 from the system as soon as possible because it may download more viruses on your computer and slow the system down.
