Windows Oversight Center is a rogue anti-spyware program that displays fake security warnings and false security threats to scare you into thinking that you are infected. It prompts to register the program to remove the infections. It pretends to scan the computer for viruses and system errors and states that your computer in infected with spyware, trojans and other malicious software.
